Important Dates

• General registration: opens October 12, 2017
• Registration for the presentation of individual, group, or institutional lectures during panel discussions: from October 12, 2017 until August 13, 2018.
THE FINAL DATE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF LECTURES ABSTRACTS IS AUGUST 13th - THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS

IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION MAY BE CLOSED AT ANY TIME IF SO REQUIRED FOR OPTIMAL EVENT ORGANIZATION. We recommend the timely registration of attendees and lecturers.

IMPORTANT: SINCE THE PROCESS FOR EVALUATING LECTURES WILL BE ONGOING, APPLICANTS THAT ARE APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY BY THE THEMATIC COMMITTEES WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THEIR CONFIRMATION IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS. Timely submission of applications will help us to expedite the selection process.

Information on international guests, special forums, and the event agenda will be periodically published and updated.
